Dubai Real Estate | Competitive Summer Offers and Payment Facilities

The real estate market in Dubai has recently witnessed intense competition among real estate companies, with many offering special promotional deals to provide investors with payment facilities during the summer season.

Real estate experts reported that these offers resulted from unprecedented market competitiveness, bolstered by a significant increase in demand for properties during the summer, along with the diversity and increase of available projects.

The experts explained that most of the offers focused on payment facilities, with some companies allowing payments over periods of up to five years after receiving the property.

They also pointed out the existence of other offers such as price discounts and renting out the unit after it is handed over to the investor, allowing obligations to be paid from rental income.

One expert stated that the current summer season is witnessing unprecedented competitiveness in Dubai's real estate sector, with an increase in the number and diversity of available projects and rising demand. These offers were introduced to encourage companies to attract more investors and contract with them during this period, not due to any signs of market calm.

He added that payment facilities dominated the majority of the offers compared to price discount offers, which were limited.

For his part, the CEO of the Real Estate Owners Association Management confirmed that Dubai's real estate market is experiencing unprecedented competitive rates during the current summer season, supported by rising demand and increased and diversified projects.

He explained that this competitiveness led to the introduction of many promotional offers, including payment facilities after receiving the real estate units and paying 25% of the unit price upon receipt, with payment periods starting from five years.
