A report by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the United Kingdom confirmed the presence of a strong and increasing demand for real estate in Dubai, especially commercial properties, explaining that this has led to further growth in rents.
The report detailed that occupancy rates in the office sector in Dubai have reached 93%, which is very high, and occupancy rates are even higher in the free zone of the Dubai International Financial Centre, reaching 97%.
It added that office rents in Dubai will continue to rise due to population growth and increased foreign direct investment, which are some of the factors that will drive the market upwards.
This is in parallel with the high demand for most types of real estate.
